Here is my concept design for Lusha's lantern. This lantern contains part of a soul bound by magic (of course lol). Too far from its bearer and the bearer will die. I was really enthralled in making this. It took me a total of 7 hours+. I honestly lost count but it is sooo worth it to see something from my book come to life in more detail!

There was a sudden glow that she had not noticed before. She was attracted to a metal lantern at the edge of the room. The lantern was tall and thin with small legs. The metal was dark from patina and embroidered in each corner with a lace design that reminded Aylith of the church cloth from her homeland. There appeared to be some sort of runes or writing at its top, but she could not read them.
The lantern's lock was missing its key. A small white orb floated behind its glass and bars. For a moment she wondered if it was of any value, it was something she had never seen before.
