West Johnston Book Talk!

I went to my old high school and did my presentation on the very stage that my older sister once performed on for her 2012 talent show. I spoke with 200+ kids throughout the day and they asked great questions and seemed really engaged with me.

I held a raffle for a free hardcover copy of my book and when I pulled the card it turned out to be an exchange student from Germany! So now there will be 1 copy of Mythera, book 1, in Europe! How exciting is that!! :D

I have two more book talks on my mini "tour" and hope to schedule more for next school year! If you think your school might be interested please share my info with your media center coordinator or English department :) The best way to help out a debut author is to talk about their work, write reviews, and recommend them to others.
