Self-Publishing Poll

Welp. It looks like I will be taking the steps to self-publishing my books on Amazon. I've been smacking this ketchup bottle for over 2 years and I don't think I can wait any longer for agents or publishers to pick me up. I hope that getting the book out there will be an easier process than I think.
I plan to publish my first book in the series The Lost Athenaeum in late March early April and then, when the cover designs are completed, I will publish the second and third books in the summer.
I now am tasked with the dreaded pricing of the books. I will go into more detail about how pricing a book works in a later post, maybe, but for now, I want unbiased opinions on how much you would be willing to pay for an Ebook, Paperback, and Hardcover.
Ignore your preferences of book types and focus more on your gut feeling of "this is a good price" or "that's a bit too expensive for me."
Here are my ideas: Would you be willing to pay these prices for the various versions?
Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will help me determine my self-pub prices!
